Ihop - Tewksbury

The place was quite busy on a Saturday, but we got seated in about 15 minutes. As we made the order right after, we were able to get our food pretty quick. My favorite would be the strawberry crepe. I’m the least impressed with their lemon ricotta crepe. The banana pancakes with strawberries were also wonderful. Not recommend their egg and bacon. The egg was pretty overcooked, and their omelette is just way better.

I was served by Serena who did a wonderful job, she was Fast, Knowledgeable, and Helpful, not only did she serve me but she was serving all of the guests there that night, definitely deserves a raise. I got some of IHOPs new Minion items; The Gru Burger [10/10], The Ciniminions (cinnamon snacks) [9/10] and The Iced Cold Gru (cold brew coffee) [5/10]. I highly recommend the Minion items that I ordered, save the Iced coffee (it was eh), the Rest of the minion menu Tasted Amazing and was cooked to perfection, I didn't order the Milkshake because I don't like Bananas but that's on me. Serena did tell me that the Wild berry Drink was good, so I got that as well [10/10] I most likely will be coming back, not anytime soon, because I had an Amazing Dine in Experience, and because your location is the only one for miles. Great job to Serena, and to the Cook(s), I hope to visit you guys again soon.

My husband and I were lucky to get a table on a Saturday morning around 10:00am because it was so busy there. Our server came to our table promptly to take our order and the food came out shortly after too. It felt a little rushed because the server brought the bill out shortly after the food was placed on the table. We wanted to order other items but we decided not to since the bill was finalized. Apart from that, everything was good otherwise.

Staff weren't friendly, Jasmine wasn't helpful at all after one of our kids knocked a cup of water by accident she fell to offer help with the cleaning instead she went to stand next to the register with the other employees. We were 12 at our table one employee was helping us the whole time; as soon as 4 teenagers came in two employees were ready and helping them, was it because we weren't white?

Food here is excellent!!! The service on the other hand is less than desired at times. Our waitress spent more time chit chatting with the other waitresses than checking if we needed anything. Waiting long periods of time in between seating us and offering to get our drinks at least. I mean she did what was needed but was it worth a Great tip I don't think so. Not on this day anyway. Otherwise like I stated the food was excellent which is the only reason I still gave it 4 stars overall....
