Domino's Pizza - Tewksbury

Horrible service and rude to my pregnant wife. Called in a delivery took forever my wife had to call 3 times asking where it was. We finally found the driver had left it outside the door at 1030 in late February. By the time she found it the food was very cold. When she called to complain they said too bad the order says complete and we can 't get our money back offered a free pizza next time we call and no apology. Needless to say we aren 't interested in the free pizza. Will never go there again. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere

The nerve to call me and ask, “are you gonna leave a tip”. I always tip in cash and I’m sure a lot of people do. But to call before I even got my cold food is crazy. A tip is a gift, you had to literally drive .4 miles to my house. Y’all need to fix your delulu expectations. Youre dominos not a five star resturant. The same type of people that excpect world class service, because they work in the industry.

Sad they have hours but refuse service due to id assume laziness and not wanting to work until end of house. Realization is your house close at 12:00 a.m. midnight but you refuse service to anyone and all walk ins before. Whe fact at 11:42 p.m asking to place order yes is late but fact your hours are still open and your staff refuses. Fact it takes 8 mins to cook a pizza.

I really like Dominos Pizza but unfortunately I'm going to stop ordering because there is an employee who answers calls for orders and is extremely rude. It's really stressful having to call to order food and having to deal with someone like that. It wasn't just once, it was several times.
