Haustor - Tesanj

One day we waited 30 minutes, and the next day we waited 45 minutes for a waiter to serve us. On the second day, we couldn't wait any longer and went elsewhere. I don't blame the waiter, but rather the manager in this case. After Ramadan, on the second and third day of Eid, people are eager to socialize and enjoy the nice weather, yet you only had one waiter serving the entire outdoor area. I can understand the situation. On Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th of May, at around 12:30 pm, there was only one girl working at the bar. Thank you.

At times, customers have to wait longer than expected for their food at this restaurant. The service is impolite and forgetful, often failing to remember if they have served a table or not. I personally experienced paying my bill only to be told I hadn't. Overall, there is nothing pleasant about this establishment. Furthermore, allowing smoking in the same area where families with children are seated is intolerable. 3/10.

I used to buy cakes here and everything was perfect until recently. Today guests came, bought cakes for 28KM and all of them were as hard as a rock. At least they could mention that they were old so the customer could decide. What a shame!

The lighting is a bit dark depending on the seating area. There is classic Bosnian rock constantly blaring no matter what floor you’re seated on. Although the service is above and beyond and the food is quite tasty. Beyond satisfied with my experience at Haustor Restaurant.
