Strange that this is only the second review after 8 years from the first! I hope I'm not wrong, but this place is well in sight on the fabro exit to the A1. What Daniele G doesn't like about El Gaucho:
Personal completely unprepared, made the order we waited more than half an hour to see us bring the second before even the first. Wine dispersed but presented on the account. We preferred to leave after eating only the first. The table near us was discouraged for waiting times and improvised service. Strange that this is only the second review after 8 years from the first! I hope I'm not wrong, but this place is well in sight on the fabro exit to the A1. Large and with large parking, the restaurant has the kitchen in sight that allows to appreciate the cooking to the grill of meat. We took an appetizer to divide into four, but the strong piece was the first dish: at a really affordable cost, we are talking about 200 grams of pappardelle to the ragù of excellent wild boar! Moreover, we have divided in quatto a kilo and a half of Florentine from the price of 6 euros to theetto, more than Florence and in fact much more good. Finished in no time.
The restaurant is located in the Municipality of Fabro (loc. Colonnetta) near the exit of the A1 highway and is absolutely to try if you love Umbrian cuisine!! The structure is simple and management, mainly family run, friendly and attentive. Surely to try the truffle-based cuisine, which is the tip of the restaurant diamond, but very good are also all the other dishes. I, for example, ate a great polenta!! In short, if you like simple tractors, but where to be sure to eat well and, what not to underestimate, pay the right, you absolutely have to give you a stop at El Gaucho.

A good oste recognizing the bad service would at least offer a discount and what you ate, the non-existent service, with ruined lunch is not worth a second attempt. The place is the shadow of the original Gaucho. Day ruined.
