Insanely delicious! I have eaten Vietnamese all over the country and this place was #1. Fresh and sizzling. Authentic flavors. Crispy veggies, flavorful meat, perfect noodles and rice. First time at this popular Restaurant. It is okay and we did enjoy the chicken noodle soup but the beef stir fry was lacking in taste and our waiter could have been more pleasant but perhaps the language barrier was part of it. This place looks ordinary from the outside, but inside is bright, modern, and cheerful. BEST VIETNAMESE COFFEE EVER. They prepare it for you, old s hool drip over condensed milk then you pour it over ice. The food is excellent. TT is lucky to have this restaurant. I recommend the garlic noodle dishes and especially the banh mi sandwiches.
Another go-to place when in Tampa. Friendly, helpful staff Taro and strawberry boba were perfect My picky eater loved the garlic noodles! Pho was a lot of food and was a good mix of flavors . Will definitely be back , even if just for the dumplings and Pho!
Saigon Bay is absolutely delicious. My husband and I enjoy coming here as often as we can! The customer service is great, the food comes quickly, everything is fresh and made to order, and portions are generous! Best of all the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
I give them 5stars ,because my first time here from out state, food are very good, waitress and owner are very friendly and kindly, place nice and clean, highly recommended.
This was my 1st time with a definite revisit! Dine in space was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Customer service, quantity and quality of food was excellent! I enjoyed the Deluxe Seafood Egg Noodle Soup (herbs veggies served separately so you can add as much or little as you like) I also enjoyed a glass of Boba Coconut Tea (a cold, very flavorful drink with small jelly balls) Looking for an enjoyable lunch or dinner spot? Saigon Bay in Temple Terrace, is the place to go!
