Schlotzsky's - Temple

This place has been here for a long time. the prices are stupid expensive. joe has done this. space needed to be cleaned, but it is hard to find good aid currently. $30 for 2 sandwiches chips and drinks? too steep for my blood. recommend management give spelling classes. burst. out.

Walked in to get online order on September 15 around 6pm. Girl in the front was getting cookie for drive thru, saw me waiting but after getting done with drive thru she proceeded to sit down and get on her phone. I was then waiting at the counter for another 10 minutes just listening to workers laughing in the back before someone saw me and took her time walking over while being on her phone. It was not busy whatsoever so I don’t understand that kind of customer service.

The dining experience was not bad, the food was great. The portion size was definitely sufficient for two people to share and feel satisfied. We ordered the deluxe original style medium with broccoli and cheese soup, and we will definitely return. They earned their money with this order.

I don't even know where to start with this restaurant... First, we waited for about 3-5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Then, despite wanting to dine in, they packed our food to go. Next, they forgot the meat on a #6, which is a basic item on their menu. The manager even gave attitude to a customer who was waiting behind us for just as long before being greeted. And don't even get me started on the health violations - a worker on the line was handling food without a hat or hair net, wearing fake lashes and displaying a bad attitude. The general vibe of the place was off-putting, with empty jugs on the brewing station and no ice in the lobby machines. One worker even had to go to the back to get ice for a customer. The main line worker was constantly on his phone and it was evident that no one had washed their hands during the 45 minutes we were there. In summary, go in with the lowest expectations possible and you might not be totally disappointed. SMH.

I have the cinnabons here, but alone from the French dip and BBQ chips, I can say that their sandwiches are a delicious liga of them. ask for their from this world delicious chocolate chips while they are!
