Loads of space in the new location! Indoor and outdoor seating. Great brew selection, along with a few wines and NA drinks. Black axe throwing at rear of property. Nice menu selections. Recommend the fish n chips, mac n cheese with crab, and bread pudding. View all feedback.
What Shirley A doesn't like about Bold Republic Brewing Company:
The atmosphere is very nice. Cool vibe and clean. Don't drink so can't answer about the beer or drinks. The food is standard fare. The coleslaw is very good, grilled cheese is lacking CHEESE, grilled chicken salad was very good. I sent the shrimp po boy back cause the sauce was very spicy and breading on shrimp to thick. A great find! Friendly, helpful staff! Great selection of wines, beer and mimosas. They offer beer flights. No Wine flights, but would be a nice addition! Indoor and covered patio seating. Offered food options, although we didn 't try any. Wednesday night Greeks who drink trivia. Axe throwing. Opening a second bar on location soon. Family friendly, with a small playground area.
The staff are amazing. The food is great! Pat, the owner, is an EXCELLENT brewer. DO NOT MISS BRBC on you beer tour when you come by Temple or Belton. The outdoor tables have scan-to-order menus so you can get drinks or food delivered to you.Soon, they will have their music stage set up as well as the outdoor bar going. There is plenty of shade and a playground and lawn games to keep the kids busy.
This place is amazing; from the staff to the food to the special events. The playground is fantastic, they have great shade, and a menu that fits all the different tastes of my family.
Beer has gotten better. The food was fantastic (fries and cheese curds). Music was on point. It was a good mix of country and 90's songs (Wade Ralston Music). Was hot outside, but the cover over the picnic tables helped a lot. Good entertainment for the kids with a large field with cornhole and a playground. Great experience overall, but parking was limited. Just park on the street and not the preschool next door, and I saw a car get towed from there. Overall, it was a great experience. I just wish the beer was not 8$ a glass.
Went in for a few drinks and I had an amazing time here, hands down the best food experience I have had in the area. The burgers are big and juicy, wings were excellent, I also had the voodoo mac n cheese which was a fun time with lobster and breaded layer on top. Drink menu specially crafted and enhanced the experience overall, I could see a lot of time and care went in to it. This was overall a great atmosphere, experience, and time well spent.
