Taco Bell - Tempe

Food was good for the quality but they forgot half of my order when it even had to be clarified multiple times at the speaker in the drive through.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in quite some time there have been some changes to the menu a lot of changes not to mention they have a value menu I tried the spicy potato taco and heading into Rito and a large dr. Pepper that was so good A lot of times restaurants the carbonation will be out this tasted wonderful. The manager was so nice she even let me get some ice because the hotel I was staying at the ice machine is broken her name is Liz she was so friendly and accommodating not to mention professional thank you Taco Bell way to go!!

This Taco Bell is extremely unprofessional. They do not care about third-party orders and delivery drivers. They purposefully delayed the pick-up process and ignored me the first time I went there. The second time, they served people who came in after me, and I was waiting for 10-15 minutes while I had to listen to a worker using profanities and foul language as he prepared the drive-thru orders. I do want to say that the manager was very kind and asked if I had been helped as I was waiting. Care more about your third-party delivery drivers. I'm never accepting Taco Bell orders again at this location. It has let me down twice.

I do deliveries and it always takes super long here but for this delivery I was waiting in the lobby as the cashier at the window starts getting mad at a customer who was getting upset that the cashier couldn't hear her and there was a speaking Blasting music right next to the cashiers head.

I hope a manager will see this news. I am a delivery car and went to pick up a order, and it is 7:32 on Monday 31 Oct. 2022 and a heavier set-Dame worked the running gear thru window with a gentleman who worked the eating part, but the heavier set-Dame also worked the eating. I saw these dame touch burritos, cimtbisse, without gloves, not to mention, she also touched all that came through the thrus bank cards, cash etc. with no gloves. I thought you had to have a food handler card and know you can't touch cash and eat with nothing. I'm out of my mind, and I'm out of my mind. I'll never eat at this place. I hope someone trains them to work for a company location.
