Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Temecula

Waited in the drive thru for half an hour and barely moving. Not enough staff to keep things moving. The menu screen is broken. Overall a bad experience. One poor person trying their best but clearly overwhelmed.

The slowest Popeyes I’ve ever been to. We preordered online. They closed the indoor ordering and made us wait in a huge 20+ minute drive-through line to collect an order that was sitting around getting cold. When we got to the window to claim our order, they were out of all the sides we ordered. 1 out of 5 is being generous for this experience.

This place is pretty confusing honestly. The chicken fingers were horrible. The chicken sandwich however was awesome. The wait was not that bad but I have heard they are usually slow. Only the drive through is open. Which I guess is because they are understaffed. Oh and the staff...a bunch of giggling kids running the place. If you feel like Alice and follow the rabbit to the hole just remember to only buy the sandwich. And wait until the kids are done giggling to place your order. Nobody likes spit in their food.

If the owner ever reads this review blog they might change things. Owners, ask yourselves if your profitable compared to other locations or the food places around you? And if you're happy with the way your business is running . If not , let me tell you something , nobody that I know that lives in Temecula likes your food or your staff, mainly because you're a bunch of teenagers that do not care about the expensive meals they prepare. If you did a survey you would see that eateries like siggy's down the street or Del Taco even in and out they have their dining room open and they're busy. Popeye's chicken is my favorite and my family's favorite ,,, and when we want Popeyes Chicken we go all the way to Lake Elsinore Valley. Yes we would drive rather drive an hour to go have a good experience at a sit-down restaurant that is run by adults

Waited for an hour in the drive behind only 6 cars. when I picked up my food (which I had previously ordered with the website), they had no single item in my order right. behind the theke were bundled 4 workers around a handy watching and laughing videos, not even pretending to work. I was told that my order could not be done and that I would have to contact the customer service for a refund.
