I always have a great experience when I come here! The baked bread with Brie is always amazing and the peach mango sparkling wine is so good!! I’m not a big drinker and I love to buy bottles go their wine. Highly recommend! View all feedback.
Reminder no outside food but they won’t feed you! Honestly had a great time with family prior to the racial profiling. This establishment should really have a retraining course on customer service starting with manager Pretty! She was very rude and it’s no wonder there was such bad customer service from her staff. She came to our table did not great us nor welcome us instead she kept repeating there is to be no outside food. We apologized and told her we would put cake away she said cake was fine but the cheese board wasn’t allowed. Keep in mind we had just purchased $200 of food and alcohol before our other half of party came which included the cheese board we purchased there. We let her know the cheese board as well as all the food was purchased there and she said she didn’t recognize tray. Maybe instead of being rude she should familiarize her self with menu items prior to making accusations! We then proceeded to see her skip other canopies and we’re shocked that she singled us the only people of color out. She did not say anything to the Caucasian family pulling Budweiser out of their ice chest that did not purchase any food. Sounds racial to me! We were honestly left so uncomfortable with her interaction we went in to talk to the second manager Shawn. He did not apologize for her or have a solution all he said is I’m telling everyone no outside food. We proceeded to tell him we and not happy with interaction and want to return the food we purchased while he was trying to help us he proceeded to let us wait and assist other guest. Maybe you should focus on the task at hand? Other people from our party orders soup which took 1 1/2 hours to arrive. Then the second cheese board they ordered never even came and we just got a refund. When we asked waiters delivering orders for assistance they just walked past and said they are backed up it will come out. Our family spent a lot of money on food and alcohol and ultimately disgusted by our treatment and we will not be returning and telling all of our family and friends about our treatment here. So beware if you are a person of color because there is racial profiling. Also do not come hungry eat before you come! Reply to owner: You state earlier they told people? So it is admitted we were singled out on this occasion. Especially with your employee who we have a photo of join the party who had Budweisers brought from outside. They were fine though right? Or is that why you blocked that review from showing? I honestly would have had more respect if you took accountability and told us this is a learning experience and welcome everyone. You honestly need to learn from your managers actions! We would be more than happy to return once your entire staff is retrained on customer service. As a manager pretty was honestly a disgrace to your company. She had the opportunity to make it an enjoyable experience and welcome guests but instead she decided to be rude and accuse. If that is someone you count on to manage your business that is truly sad and no wonder under new management your establishment is going down hill from the great winery experiences we have had there in the past. I am also not the only one that has mentioned racial issues at your establishment as their are other customers who mentioned prior in their reviews.
Important info for this review : this business doesn’t allow outside food, but cakes for celebration ok. No worries on that. Mother’s Day we decided to meet up here. Found a nice table and the bar staff were great. We ordered a few items and they arrived, including our cheese board. Cheese board came and it was great. Until the female manager walked up to our table. Exited the building. Went straight to our table. No introduction. No greeting. Just said we can’t have outside food. We apologized and said we’ll put the cake away. She says no not the cake the cheese board. We politely informed her that it was the cheeseboard we purchased here. She says oh I didn’t recognize the platter. Walks straight to the building. We noticed the table next to us had a cooler with outside beer. They didn’t address them. We then looked around and realized we were the only Hispanic party around. We spoke to the manager who begrudgingly refunded us for the board but no one apologized. We decided to not let that ruin our day so we continued with our celebration. A few minutes later we an employee who had been working join the table next to us which shows they don’t equally enforce the no outside food rule if they’re friends of employees. Fast forward 45 minutes and we still hadn’t received a portion of our food order despite asking multiple times. What was once a good place to hang out isn’t great anymore. Most likely will not return as there are plenty of other establishments nearby. Like I said the bar staff were great. But management seemed flustered and were unaware of their own food choices.
Beautiful event space and grounds. This is a classy place for bridal parties, weddings, or any intimate gathering.
