I rate food from a level playing field- Fast Food to Fast Food and in comparison to other same franchise. This Jack in the Box is above average, but counter help tends to be quick to roll the eyes for additional requests. Secret Sauce packets remain low in supply. Although, I ordered 8 savory items and requested 8 packets, only 4 available. Oh well, food was okay, fries not fresh and tacos a bit overcooked. All in al... View all feedback.
What Richard Decker doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
Absolutely the worst. Nomatter what time of day the wait times are ridiculous. Always under staffed . Rude. Even after a request for food to be fresh... I still got cold and soggy. View all feedback.
The food is never a disappointment. Although the lady there didn't even give me a chance to ask for ketchup. I literally waited about 2 minutes before she realized I was still there. She was ready to give me someone else's order. Hopefully it was a one time thing.
Stopped in for lunch and tried the new smashburger with fries and a Coke. Hard to believe that it cost nearly $18. Prices are getting way to high!
Service was good and quick which was nice. Food was okay but I wasn't expecting it to be great. My biggest issue is that I got the Value Fries and Jr Bacon which came to $5.20 I only eat fastfood in emergencies so it's been about 4 or 5yrs since I've been to one but these two items would have came to no more than $2.49 which is reasonable for the small size. I understand it's due to inflation caused by our current governmental officials and Cabinet but man, this is crazy. Nothing against Jack in the Box but I'll not be back. I'll just wait to get home and make food for dramatically cheaper.
I love tacos and a good Oreo cookie shake. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I understand t it is fast food, but customer service is still customer service and that doesn't go out of style. The staff needs to be trained more on dealing with the public and basic economics. The restaurants profit and stays in business because of public frequenting the location. No people means no business. Get it straight
I love the place 24-hour breakfast. Anything you want pretty much anytime you want it. It's the best I'm there at least three times a week
