Simple open plan restaurant, but correct chairs and tables and a menu in English! It is also correctly located on the Google map on street 31. We were there at 8:00 and it was still open. The staff and the owners are very friendly. They didn't have everything on the menu (for example no gluten). Some of the menu items do not have prices that we do not understand, as prices have proven reasonable and on a par with other items with prices. During 2 visits we had fresh spring rolls (each 3000 VND), fried spring rolls (also 3000), tofu, corn and cauliflower (written as broccoli on the menu, a frequent mistake in Vietnam seems it) in bread crumbs (VND 30,000 per dish), seaweed salad (VND 50,000), mixed braided stuff (tofu and fake meat) (Now) We couldn't see anything wrong, but we couldn't swear when we didn't try anything. Great place to eat, everything was good and some of it was excellent and it was favorable for us, as our hotel at Tay Ninh/Bus Station was the end of the city.
After struggling to find good food in Tay Ninh for two days, our friends brought us to Hoang Kim for dinner. We ended up eating there for four days straight. Despite not being vegetarians, we were impressed by the delicious vegetarian options available at this restaurant. Every dish we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and tasty. The family who runs Hoang Kim were incredibly welcoming and even treated us to fruits from their garden and various fruit smoothies. The prices were also very reasonable. Our favorites included the fried spring rolls and the vegan beefsteak with potatoes, but we also enjoyed trying a variety of other dishes during our visit. If you find yourself in Tay Ninh, Hoang Kim is definitely the top choice for dining.
During our two visits, we enjoyed fresh spring rolls (VND 3000 each), fried spring rolls (also VND 3000), tofu, corn and cauliflower (mistakenly labeled as broccoli on the menu), seaweed salad (VND 50,000), mixed braised tofu and fake meat (VND 35,000), rice (VND 10,000 for a large bowl), and noodle soups (Pho, Bun Rieu, Hu Tieu, all VND 15,000). Iced tea was complimentary, and they also offered a variety of juices and smoothies. Though we did not detect any non-vegan ingredients, we cannot be certain as we did not try everything. Overall, this restaurant was a great place to dine, with delicious food and convenient location near our hotel at the Tay Ninh/bus station end of town.

The family that owns Hoang Kim is lovely and welcoming. On our third visit, they even brought us fresh fruit from their garden and offered us a variety of snacks to try. The prices were also surprisingly affordable. Some of our favorite dishes were the roasted spring rolls and the vegan beef steak with carrots, but we also tried and loved about 8 other dishes during our four days there. If you find yourself in Tay Ninh, Hoang Kim is definitely the best restaurant to visit.
The restaurant is a simple open plan establishment with real chairs and tables and an English menu. It is conveniently located on Google Maps on Street 31. We visited at 8 pm and found it still open. The staff and owners were very friendly. Some items were not available on the menu (such as gluten-free options). Prices were reasonable and comparable to other establishments. During our two visits, we enjoyed fresh spring rolls (3000 WND each), early roasted rolls (also 3000 WND), tofu, corn, and cauliflower in bread crumbs (30,000 WND per dish), seaweed salad (50,000 WND), and mixed braised meats. Overall, the food was good, some dishes were excellent, and it was conveniently located near our hotel by the Tay Ninh/bus station end of the city.
