Papa John's Pizza - Tarboro

Today I experienced the worst customer service ever at this restaurant. I requested my order to be corrected, but the white male employee I asked for was disrespectful and even physically aggressive towards me through the drive-thru window. The manager, Elizabeth, was also rude and never apologized for the incident. I requested a refund, but the male employee insulted me instead. I will never spend my money at this Papa John's location in Tarboro ever again.

My husband placed an order for takeout and I went to pick it up at the drive-thru window. The total price quoted was $35.51, so I handed over my card to pay. However, when I checked my account later, I realized that I was charged $39. I contacted a manager to address the issue, but they were unable to resolve it without me returning to the restaurant. I was disappointed because a tip was added to my bill without my consent, and I wasn't given the chance to decide on a tip amount myself.

The pizza is delicious, but the Twix dessert option is disappointing.

The Philly Cheesesteak Papadia was not sliced in half and was lacking sauce.

Everything was absolutely amazing!!! The food was piping hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty!!!
