I visit here fairly regularly with my elderly parents. Staff are very helpful and polite. There is plenty of room to move around for those with rolators and wheelchairs. Also has accessible toilets. View all feedback.
What Fred B doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
The manager needs help. He gets so stressed it’s palpable and the place has a weird slightly hostile atmosphere. A few months back he clearly had some training because he was okay but he’s reverted to type. View all feedback.
The restaurant used to be excellent, but it has deteriorated over the past year. The upstairs area is often closed due to understaffing. They frequently run out of oat milk and today there was no frappe available because they didn't want to take out the equipment. The atmosphere felt rushed and unwelcoming, with my daughter even commenting that the staff didn't seem to enjoy their job. I hope they can return to their previous high standard like Costa.
The staff at this restaurant are welcoming and accommodating. However, it is important to note that they now close at 6:15pm instead of the advertised 7pm. The reason for this change is that they close early in order to clean up.
The restaurant is consistently clean, and the manager is very pleasant and friendly. I often observe the manager working diligently to keep the place tidy and orderly.
Costa Caterham is excellent. The staff are very good and friendly. I have been coming here for many years. It's a great place to meet up with friends and hang out.
The beautiful cappuccino was delicious. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again.
