Sky - Tampa

This is one of my new favorite spots. The atmosphere inside is dark and sexy which I love. There is live music too. The service is excellent. Now onto the food, we had the garlic fries which were awesome. They come with a spicy ketchup and this other magical sauce. We also had goat cheese fried balls. Amazing. Then we had the sliders and truffle mac and cheese. All of it was delicious. I again devoured it like a savage before getting a photo of any of it. Whoops. The bevs. They have a nice cocktail drink list. I had their old fashioneds all night. Some of the best I have ever had. The rooftop bar is awesome! They don't serve food up there but it is a sweet spot to chill out. They even have a projector that puts whatever game is on onto the building next to it. Also, bathrooms clean and chill. One thing I forgot, the chairs should have some kind of cushions on the seat and back. They are kinda hard.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent craft cocktails. Great beer selection. My wine snob coworker was digging on them a bit for the lack of a bold flavor wine selection, but he found a wine to keep him happy. This seems to be the go-to prime location for a date, at least those on match.com, Tinder, or Bumble. It is SO obvious. Haha. (Sorry, I don 't understand dating apps. If one can 't meet naturally, then you 're screwed). Enough of my rant. In my visits here, I have had the Fried Mozzarella, sliders, charred broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and salmon... ALL fantastic.

Love this restaurant. Live music from local artist. Good food. Great vibe. Friendly ambience and great location. I've been here twice and so far so good. Second time around the staff were extremely accormodating as I came 15 minutes prior to the kitchen closing, ordered a bunch of food and every dish was delivered to the table without hesitation. I cant tell you how greatful I was. The order: mac and cheese which came out runny but after diahing it out. Hands down one of the best runny mac and cheese I've had. I mean, I wasnt expecting much but it was good. The steak and potatoes were decent. There was a tangy/sour seasoning on the steak I was not fond of. Thats about it. The drinks were good. Service remarkable and ambience hits the mark for intimate, casual and even lively. I will be back again and again.

We made a reservation for 730pm on Friday night for dinner and were impressed by the dishes we got. If you are a Vegan or vegetarian, you'd be delighted with the selections available on the menu. We are not, but that night we wanted to stay healthy-ish and ordered a ton of green-ish products. All of which I forget the names of but I took pictures so go ahead and take a look ; . I remember citrus salad with fresh mozarella and kimchi brussel sprouts were seriously impressive in flavoring. So...why one less star? Well, we wanted to check out the rooftop deck, and we only got to enjoy it barely 15 minutes because they told us some big group was going to take over it. I guess it was a private reservation but still... that one star is something to be desired because we didn't get to experience the best feature of the environment.

Umami /oo-ma-me/: noun : a category of taste in food (besides sweet, salt, sour, or bitter) corresponding to the flavor of glutamate, especially monosodium glutamate. AKA: WHY CANT I STOP EATING THIS!? AKA: fly bar grub Y 'all, I didn 't know the potential of mac 'n cheese until tonight. I tried Fly Bar 's smoked Gouda mac and it was LIFE. Such great flavors and the portion sizes were more than enough. So impressed with the flavors presented tonight. We got some awesome nachos with bomb guac, obviously the Gouda mac, the BEST chargrilled broccoli, and chimichurri hangar steak. The ONLY thing we ordered that was less than savory was the chocolate cake dessert dish. Don 't get me wrong, it was good, but it didn 't quite live up to the other meals. Too dense for me. But the side of cherry ice cream was pretty great. Did I mention half off bottles of wine!? Let me tell you, this is an awesome deal. We got a lovely bottle of cab for a whopping $15 and we couldn 't have asked for more. The vibe of this place was perfect. Such a chill atmosphere with great lighting and cute accents. Service was super quick and the staff was really friendly. 100% recommend
