My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place! The interior has a beautiful old diner style, and the outdoor seating is great too. The menu is extensive, so we can come back often and try something new each time. I ordered the Monte Cristo and my boyfriend had the chicken parmesan sub, both were delicious! For dessert, we tried the Hummingbird Cake and it was amazing. We were there from 11pm to midnight and were gra... View all feedback.
What A Treat doesn't like about Joe's New York Diner:
This restaurant has had numerous owners over the years, offering everything from subs to tacos. It has been a diner for many years and the New York style is apparent. The menu is extensive and offers a variety of options for breakfast. While it may not be exceptional, receiving 3 stars, the breakfast is quite good. The service and cleanliness could use some improvement, but they are not terrible either. This 24-hour... View all feedback.

I always wanted to look here. I came back last night. that was okay. it took 38 minutes to get our food out. the place.
Joe's New York Diner is a fantastic spot to visit with your family and friends! I really admire the interior design of the restaurant, especially the stainless steel and neon lights surrounding the bar. It gives off a vintage vibe, even though Joe's only opened in 2016, I believe. The food, particularly the waffles and eggs (the only dishes I've tried here), is delicious but a bit on the expensive side. The staff is also extremely welcoming. One downside is that some of the booths are a bit worn out and have holes in them, but it doesn't bother me much. In conclusion, if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend giving this place a try!
Ordered chicken and waffles and the biscuits and gravy meal. Let's start with the chicken and waffles. The chicken was juicy but the breading had absolutely no flavor or seasoning whatsoever. The chicken was packaged on top of the waffle in the samecontainer. So the waffle was a greasy soggy mess which I would not mind the grease at all if you know me ????, but soggy, not somuch in a waffle. I must say the waffle had great flavor. Just wished it was packaged separately. Now to the star of my meal, the biscuits and gravy ????. Being a WV country boy I have been in search of good sausage gravy since moving to Tampa over 4years ago. Joe's sausage gravy is the best I have ran into. If anyone knows of any good country greasy meaty sausage gravysomewhere else, please comment. Until then, Joe's has my business for that.
