When we arrived, the hostess said that her Open Table reservation priority seating wasn't working again. She didn't offer to see proof of my reservation or put us in front of anyone. So we had kids a year old and a year old and adults who had to wait for a table anyway. I would have showed up sooner if I knew the app wasn't being used at this location, or chosen a different restaurant
Hope they gave me credit for Open Table because their computer was down
