Cosmo Bingo - Tameside

My wife and I were in the area for a weekend getaway and decided to try out Cosmic Bingo. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The staff didn't explain the order of the tickets being played, causing us to miss out on a big link game even though we had tickets. The atmosphere in the club was unfriendly and unwelcoming, and other members didn't acknowledge us. The table bingo games were dirty and unhygienic. The food served was subpar, so it's better to eat before you go or settle for a pre-packaged sandwich. Additionally, it seemed suspicious that nearly every game was won by players using electronic boards. Overall, it was a waste of an evening and we regretted not staying at the hotel or going to the cinema instead.

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. They are currently undergoing a major renovation, so the place is a mess. They have even installed a new carpet while the construction is still ongoing, which seems pointless. Last night, there was no hand sanitizer available for customers anywhere. The only bottles were on the staff's counters for their use. No one was sanitizing the tables, machines, menus, or game boards. This lack of hygiene is very concerning. Both the manager and his assistant were present, but they were not doing anything to maintain cleanliness.

I am a frequent visitor at Cosmo Bingo and go there regularly. I usually play the electronic bingo games and have noticed that the caller seems to already know when someone is going to win, as they slow down the numbers. There are also occasional random wins, but it often feels like the same people are winning over and over again. Many people suspect that the games are fixed because of how the caller behaves. I personally find it frustrating that the same winners always seem to come out on top.

Great place, good night out. The staff are very helpful, great atmosphere. Recommend to anyone who wants a fun night out.
