What User doesn't like about Troika:
Dumplings were good and so was the stroganoff, but the pot roast was mediocre and the bread bowl it came in was stale. The service was slow and the waiter seemed annoyed. Took forever to get the check even though nobody was in there. We had the vodka infusions here but they were way better and also about half the price at Odessa Ukrainian restaurant around the corner. I've never tried Russian cuisine, but I still want to say that this place was really the best choice. The Borscht soup was super delicious and the traditional pot (sorry that I cannot remember the name) is also top. Especially to mention the staff is really helpful and smart Definitive a great recommend!
