I am a regular customer at the panera on the thomasville road to buy their crafty rustic acidic loaf the last three times that I bought the last by online I got to this place and they did not have the brot I order although I was given an order is ready. nikki brushycreek I was so frustrated at this point once that they have put it on the rule, the last two times that it never made it to show and I am simply thoroughly disappointed in the filiale not saying that the administration is not nice but unnecessary, say that the service is terrible
Coffee and a croissant for din. coffee was very good. croissant was cold and a bit baked. very unpleasant in the es pane, since ac is probably set in the 80-85F series. others are better. that always seems to be the worst in the city.
I have ordered many paintings from this place and never had a problem until today. my app informed me that my order was ready to pick up, it wasn't. it was about waiting for an additional 15 minutes so it's ready. I got my order and it was wrong. When I put it back in the window, the employee was visibly upset that I asked him to be restored without apology. then asked to see the reception to make sure I don't lie. the worker screamed at another employee to get it back for me. Since you've been standing around, put the food in the bowl. After waiting for the correct order, I realized when I came back to work that it was understated and mush. I know that the workers have been dealing with a lot of ppl, which are very rude and disgusting to them, but not everyone is like that. I just wanted my order to be right.
I like the taste of Panera's salads, sandwiches, and its bowls. The problem is I never seem to be able to get the same food for the same order. Today, I ordered my favorite Teriyaki Chicken bowl and it looked like someone ate a half of my meal. My friend ordered and pick it up for me so I seriously thought she ate the half of my bowl. It only weighed 7 oz including the weight of the container for $12 meal...?! Sometimes smoothies are too thick to drink out of straws and sometimes there is no thickness and the ice cubes are floating on top like fruit juice. I used to order loaves of bread but even bread looked and tastes so different every time. I used to have to check the order with the receipt because I thought I accidentally ordered something else or the store packed the wrong bread. I eventually stopped ordering.
When a customer orders soup, requests utensils (the words Confirm Utensils are printed on the receipt) and the delivery address is a hotel it should be a good indication that a spoon is needed in order to consume the soup. I called Panera, the first person I spoke to put the manager on the phone after she declared Panera was not responsible, that the delivery service was. I disagree! Panera prepared the food, then FOLDED and SEALED the bag with the receipt and barcode tape. I spoke to the manager, when I asked his name, he replied Devin Honey . I repeated it back to him, your first name is Devin, then I spelled it D-E-V-I-N and your last name is H-O-N-E-Y. He corrected me with the reply No, Hun (now he 's calling me Hun) my name is Devin, we are not allowed to give out our last name. I explained to Devin, I am in a hotel room, meaning I don 't have access to my eating utensils I would have at my residence. I ordered soup, I requested utensils, I cannot eat the soup without a spoon, please send another delivery person with a spoon. He refused. I should not have to pay for food I cannot eat because Panera failed to supply utensils, and I should not be called Honey or Hun by someone that is trying to use a term of endearment to make me feel submissive. You are probably asking why I didn 't just leave my room, get in the elevator, ask the desk clerk for a spoon. The answer is because I just showered, wet hair in a towel, in tee shirt and panties after a hell of a day standing in the sun, seeking any shade in almost 100 degrees because the cargo trailer, I was towing, had two flat tires, waiting for the emergency contractor to arrive, then another hour to be road ready, I just didn 't feel like going in search of a spoon that should have been included.
