Moe's Southwest Grill - Tallahassee

I arrived at the restaurant an hour before the rush. The dining room was filled with smoke from the cooks on the line. There was a burnt smell lingering in the air. Loud music was coming from the back of the house, which seemed overwhelming. The restaurant appeared dirty overall. My order was received, but it felt like my server was interrupted in their conversation. It was not a pleasant experience.

My husband and I come to this restaurant 2 or 3 times a week. The food at Moe's is always fresh, delicious, and made to order. The management and staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service.

Terrible food preparation and very poor customer service. I have my food to go and apparently some employees don't know how to close the lid safely on the containers that orders are placed in the house. My bowl Queso was put in the bag with the chips and discharged because the lid is not properly closed. Same with my Hone Wrecker Bowl. I had to torture everything!! What a mess!

I love coming to this Moe?s. Not only is my food always great and perfect, but that guys that work there are hilarious! They?re always singing, laughing, and just have a great time. I leave in a better mood than I showed up in. I love it guys, keep it up.

I tried this place 2 times and had a good experience. Ordered 2 chicken bowls with veggies and chips. Tastes delicious, quick service and good quantity. Only downside they didn?t add mushrooms to one of my order. I will go to this place again!
