To make my birthday even more special, Forest brought me a slice of cake, which was so delicious that my entire family couldn’t get enough of it. This was our first visit to Lake Tahoe, and I’m thrilled that I chose to celebrate my birthday here. I will definitely be returning. A big thank you to Forest for making our experience so memorable! What User doesn't like about Sunnyside:
I had an excellent dining experience with the pistachio-crusted halibut, which was delicious. The flower soup was wonderful, and the salmon bowl was fantastic. The highlight of the meal was the incredibly delicious chocolate ice cream cake. View all feedback.

Sunnyside has been a favorite of mine since 1974! I keep coming back and love that the menu is always consistent with my favorite items and the service is top notch along with the excellence in meal taste and freshness. Don't ever change, please!
Delicious salmon bowls Calamari was strips but no tentacles or rings, and scallops were tasty but were smaller than and over cooked and not worth it
The food was all delicious. We had the fried zucchini, the scallops and the halibut. All were outstanding. And the view from the patio is always spectacular!
Sunnyside never disappoints! The view, the food and service has always been wonderful. I just wish I lived closer to be there more.
