I just ordered the vegetarian rugs, and the vegetarian poke that can be vegan by not adding the egg. it was absolutely amazing. I ordered this by doorstep, so I don't know how their restaurant is, but you eat is arranged so beautiful, and the taste is the best in the Tacoma lobby area. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Zen Ramen Sushi Burrito:
I didn't visit this restaurant, but I called to inquire about their Veggie Ramen option. They told me that it contains "a small amount of fish oil," which is mixed into the entire broth, making it unsuitable for those who don't consume seafood. So just a heads-up, it's not vegan due to the fish oil! View all feedback.
This place was so good I really loved their fire cracker sushi burrito. It was delicious and very filling so worth it. I also got their spicy pork ramen, also very delicious. They lady who gave me my food was very nice and asked me abt the food I really appreciated that. I will definitely be here at least once a month.Food: 5/5
My first Ramen shop and the food was amazing. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming.Food: 5/5
The Ramen itself is pretty good and has a good amount of veggies in it. The pork gyoza was really good and would definitely get that again. But the pork bun seemed a bit lazy cause it's made like a taco. It was really confusing to enter and we wernt sure if someone was gonna seat us or if we seat ourselves. We understand that we came during a busy time, not their fault, but it would be nice to know. And of course because it is the tacoma/Spanaway area, they make you pay before getting your food to avoid dine and dashing. Only issue is then the tip, which for me is often based on how good the service is. I just don't appreciate tipping before even receiving the service. But I understand.Parking: There's a good amount of parking on the street and there's a parking lot not too far away.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to come into the restaurant and there's enough room at the tables.
Per the person I ate with: the food was good once you got past the mountain of veggies on top they ate the poke nachos and the shrimp poke; apparently the shrimp poke didn 't even have poke sauce on it. I ate the tonkatsu ramen, the broth wasn 't as rich as I 'd hoped, the dish was more noodles than anything else, not a lot going on in the way of texture, but it was still a good flavor/enjoyable experience. The portions were quite generous and the plating was lovely. The venue is super fun and Naruto themed, though it 's quite small and there 's not a real place to wait inside for a table or to go order, at least not awkwardly/in the way.
Is one of those Hole in the wall restaurants and I ain 't gonna lie, this place is always amazing food and service wise. The dine in is alittle small but not too bad if you go at the right time. Tip: if you go in to dine in, they 'll take your order before you seat yourself so hang tight at register. There 's a huge menu on the wall right next to register .If your a fan of sushi and Ramin, check this place out. I highly recommend it! Their sushi BURRITOS are amazing! Deep fried on the outside and freshness on the inside. I 'm from Hawaii so sushi is my go to, and I 'm picky with sushi but this place is PERFECT. check it out!!
