It was my first time in Red Lobster ever, and I will definitely be back. The staff was very attentive, the food was amazing, and the Sunset Colada was delicious. Will definitely come back for the 3 from the sea. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
Very disappointed about service, quality of food and everything. The steak I had was so hard that you couldn't chew it that the coconut shrimp was boiled and fat. The waiter didn't bring my salad to the end and I had to ask. The waiter never came back once and asked to fill our water or was there something else we needed nothing. View all feedback.
We only had a wonderful experience in the Tacoma Red Lobster and the BEST Service! Our waiter was Michael and he was amazing! Very friendly, friendly and attentive. We all went and talked about how nice he was, and the amazing service he offered us. Michael. Thanks for being so nice. The food was delicious, but the way you treated us was top notch. If all society could take a lesson from you... we'd be better off!
It was my first time going to Red Lobster ever, and I will definitely be going here again. The staff was very attentive, the food was amazing, and the Sunset Colada was delicious. Will definitely be coming back for the 3 from the sea again.
Food was great!! Service was decent... Super busy night but servers shouldn't complain in front of guests..
I really enjoyed my food here. If I dined alone I would have given this 5 stars. Shrimp was great, sides were great. The waitress was extremely nice. My wife got a burger and it was basically inedible. It was so greasy that the entire bottom bun turned to mush before she even ate it. She ended up trying to eat the burger without the bottom bun but the amount of grease was pretty disgusting so she couldn't finish it. We didn't end up complaining to anyone because I don't feel like it usually is worth it. The appetizer mozzerella sticks were pretty mediocre as well. Overall, I would still come back, my wife would not.
Giving 3 stars because the staff was amazing, attentive and had great personality. In chain places, this is what saves everything. The server at one point said, if you're coming to red lobster, your getting good lobster. He made good on this after 2 of our group returned their lobsters because they were rubbery, and one burnt. You could see the char on it. One of mine was a little over done, but the other was rubbery and encrusted to the shell that while trying to get it out, part of the shell flung across the table. It still tasted well enough, but a couple of 40 dollar lobster tails shouldn't fight back after it's already dead. All said, the steak was really great. A couple of us had great lobster, the seasoning was great, and they had really good chicken strips of all things that slightly reminded you of a good home made chicken strip with a nice crunch that was also soft. Oh, drinks weren't bad either compared to a lot of chains. They weren't stiff, but you could actually taste the alcohol. I'd like to come back for the chicken, as the flavor was as good as Popeye's in the same parking lot in it's own way in a more natural taste, but much less crunch and the wait staff, who graciously put up with a lot and remained very great. I would recommend going when it's not busy so they can keep an eye on any lobster under a heat lamp a little closer. Still a very pleasant experience all in all. Oh, the biscuits changed, seem more like a soft roll almost now. Still tasty.
