I came Saturday around noon. There were only 3 other people eating at the time so I had no problem getting a table. There's a sign near the door that says to order at the counter. Dine and dash isn't a problem since they had me pay up front. My food was brought out within 5 minutes of me placing the order. And I loved it! Authentic pho! The staff all speak Vietnamese. Despite showing her the confirmation and ready texts, she still did not believe me. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Fresh Spring Rolls and the Beef Sandwich.
