Only the drive thru is open, which is fine. I never usually have issues at this fast food store, believe it or not. Food is usually fresh and hot. This is an A&W KFC combination so you get a choice of burgers or chicken. There were 6 cars in front of us and the line always moves quickly. I have never been parked at this store. Our family tradition is to come here after going to Fantasy Lights at the Park and enjoy root beer floats. We went tonight through the drive thru and actually ordered dinner. Since we forgot to ask for napkins and sauces, I had to go into the lobby. The staff completely ignored me for 10 minutes, and then gave me attitude for troubling them. My favorite place for a root beer float. Lunch service was super slow but they were working hard with minimal staff. Just have to be patient!
