Spectacular special occasion restaurant. We had phenomenal service. She was genuinely proud to represent the restaurant. I loved the setting. Our server, Gina, was wonderful. This place used to be one of my favorite spots in Metairie. I’m been here too many times but this will be my last time. The food just ain’t it anymore. The staff, forget about it. Good luck finding your server after they sit you down. The place dirty and has a funky smell to it. The silverware needs to be replaced. Owner is very nasty ,rude and lacks basic customer service skills . Manager cancelled online order due to “ not accepting bogo deals” even though this restaurant location is listed on locations that participate in this promotion.
A very clean place and there food looks so delicious they are so nice and actually care about their customers 100% going back there for all my subway samdwhiches and soup

If you miss good old-fashioned customer service where you're treated with kindness and respect and actually somebody who's absolutely joyful that you're even coming to their establishment then please go to this place they are the nicest people and I felt so welcome and it was amazing cuz I'm not used to that kind of service anymore where people are just so grateful for your business. I mean even if you don't want any Subway just go there and buy a cookie or something it's worth it they are absolutely wonderful here.
I was very disappointed to find out that many Subways do not take the national coupons put out by Subway corporate
