Tim Hortons - Sylvania Twp

I’m at Tim Hortons They could not offer me any variety because they were out of a lot of things. I asked for jam or jelly for my sandwich and the girl said I’m sorry I’m new I don’t think we carry that. Another employee walked up and said that I would be charged .69 for strawberry jam or jelly. I thought condiments was supposed to be free when you’re ordering. My sandwich was very dry. I’m very disappointed. I normally don’t make reviews, but I had to pull over and make this one while sitting here at Tim Hortons outside in the parking lot. I will not return to Tim Hortons again I guess I’ll just go to McDonald’s or Burger King next time.

Although their food and beverages are good, their staff team needs help. They serve bare minimum effort and overall just rude to customers

Ashley Farris was absolutely terrible. She was Super unprofessional, rude, and a jerk overall. She was fired from her previous job due to theft from the company

This place just sucks. I hope it closes down. Their hours suck, staff sucks, up charges for everything and anything. Corporate never responds to complaints. Shut this place down. $5 for ice capp now lol the fuq

The staff is always very friendly and courteous. It doesn't take very long for your order. It was a quick in and out
