Wheeler Garden - Sydney

My family has been visiting Wheeler Gardens for 30 years! We all enjoy dining here and often celebrate family birthdays at this restaurant. The recent renovation is lovely, and the meals are as delicious as ever. The service is great. We usually dine in for dinner, and the prices per person range from A$1 to A$20.

This is possibly the most bland Chinese food I've ever had. There was nothing redeeming about it. The service was questionable, with no wine glasses for the first 20 minutes and food arriving at odd intervals. The staff seemed inexperienced and the atmosphere was lacking. Overall, there is nothing to recommend about this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Large serves Good service Food lacking flavor Here is my theory. Once flavorful meals at so many many Chinese restaurants have become bland...... Came for the lunch special, sweet and sour was flavoursome even the plain egg fried rice was great, Will definitely come back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40

Didn't know this place existed? Gave it a try, we need a great chinese on the beaches. Especially, since Terrey Hills Chinese is no longer around. Spicy and the aromas just too good, got the spicy lamb dish, vege and the rice was well cooked, and fresh ingredients.
