Betty's Burgers Cronulla - Sydney

Bettys has been the local burger choice for me in the last few years. Big eating, large menu and always stellar quality, but the staff and their customer service could be just the reason I always go back! especially a sweet girl named grace, I was served by her several times now and she was consistently absolutely amazing. Stop it!

I must start off by mentioning that I have had some negative experiences in the past at various Betty's Burgers locations. However, my perception of the growing burger chain completely changed after dining at Betty's Burgers Cronulla. Arriving on a Saturday night, I was not surprised to see a long line of people eagerly waiting for their takeaway or dine-in meals. The staff ensured that social distancing and all COVID-19 protocols were being followed, and I was truly impressed by the level of customer service. I am a first-time visitor here and I have to say, the burger was delicious! It was probably the best I have ever had. The ingredients were fresh, although I'm not sure if the patty was cooked enough. Nevertheless, it was filling and satisfying. The layout of the restaurant was great and the girl at the counter was friendly. However, there was one minor issue - when I asked the young man for cutlery, he grabbed them with his hands without wearing gloves or washing them first.

The burgers at this restaurant are absolutely delicious. We ordered the crispy chicken and Bettys Deluxe burgers, both served with chips and sauces, and they were very tasty. The ingredients were fresh and well-selected. This was my second visit and both times were worth it. Well done!
