Excellent food but looking a little old inside. Have been visiting for decades and it is time for some touch ups....... no need to touch up food though but I would have free refills for soda. View all feedback.
We have visited this restaurant several times and once again, our service and dining experience were excellent. They had proper Covid-19 safety measures in place, which was reassuring for our group of 5. Upon arrival, the hostess seated us near a live performer who was talented, but a bit too loud for comfortable conversation in the dining room. I tried the turkey dish, which was delicious but slightly smaller than expected. My partner enjoyed the sea burger, commenting on how good it was. Overall, this family-run restaurant is a great choice for comforting meals. The building is older and could use some updating, but it still provides a pleasant dining experience. We will definitely be returning.
We were 3 and all ordered various meals and all three were excellent. the service was always excellent vas
The house-cooked meals at this restaurant are fantastic and reasonably priced. The torte is especially delicious! The restaurant is large and beautiful, with a charming old-fashioned atmosphere.
This is a very cozy place. We both had the special which was cabbage rolls and they were excellent as was the service.
The service here is outstanding, you want for nothing. Staff is very friendly and efficient. We had the firh and chips and they were cooked to perfection.
