What User doesn't like about Hot Box Food Stand:
We were disappointed with the food we ordered at this restaurant. The loaded fries were burnt, the potato puffs tasted like they were cooked in old oil, and the falafel in the falafel burger was extremely hard and dry. The employee claimed everything was vegan, but then offered us milk and vegan cheese, proving that not everything is actually vegan. Overall, we had a negative experience and would not return. Person said the whole menu was vegan then proceeded to ask if I want vegan or dairy cheese. Food was burnt and not nice at all. Better off at McDonald’s with a plant burger
There were lots of options and the food itself is quite tasty, but when ordering with cheese we were offered Dairy cheese... this was very confusing and we were told 'some people don 't like vegan cheese '... this is a lovely little place but should be downgraded to Vegetarian/Vegan imo #Veganuary
Really good food at really good prices! Really helpful staff as well ordered late on a Sunday for collection and couldn’t find where to collect from, called the store number and I was directed where to go (I’m not from Swindon, so not used to the area! Just what I needed after a long day of travelling and work!
