This restaurant is conveniently situated for tourists, making it a popular spot for visitors. I enjoyed a lovely cappuccino there. What User doesn't like about Cafe Sofietjie:
Staff asked us to join for lunch when walking down to street: “...all food is homemade...”. It turned out that the food was prepared in a “so called kitchen” with the use of microwaves... Salad dressing from Knorr on the table to prepare the meal yourself. No love about food and quite expensive. This treatment to food makes me mad. Loved the place, loved eating, great people! the name has a historical meaning, ask them. wonderful lunch menu with good variety.
Excellent little restaurant for lunch. Set in a wonderful historic part of town. Some interesting menu items.
