What Steve doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
I’ve visited this store for many years and found the staff and experience to be lovely. Having visited this morning, unfortunately the seating area was dirty (dirty floors/chairs etc) which is a shame as the customer service is excellent. I now doubt I’ll visit again! View all feedback.
Not the most convenient place for me to get, but I will always try to get out of my way to get here. the staff is so friendly, helpful and great to chat. I can't think of another place in swansea where people are so friendly. eating and drinking is good and I was never disappointed. the service was from this world, helpful to ask, smile, enjoy there work and together, good to see, very good meal deal. and it was the same with every customer. well done.
Faster service and decent value. cannot comment on the quality personally, because the drinks were for my children (decaff caramel ice latte.) but they enjoyed them! bought some decaff ground coffee for home use, which is very nice.
Had only an amazing chocolate and hazelnut cheek cream and a posh cheese and ham toasty. both where delish and service of jamie was 100% fab. there is a really good mood in the team. thanks for a delicious lunch break.
Every time I go to the cafe nero, I have the best customer experience with some of the freshest food and perfectly built drink, to be vegan, this place offers some of the best options for my needs.
If busy then there's a wait due to percolating and grinding machines otherwise quick service.
