Guesthouse Nypugardar

We were only one night in this guest house, but enjoyed the stay very much. the restaurant menu was short, but contain something for all in our family of four. the lambburger and lamb was delicious, much more than we could eat and a very fair price! the lamb was from the farm! the included breakfast buffet was fabulous to choose a quantity, including cheese, meat, yogurt, juice and bread. a wonderful start in our day!

The guest house was excellent! the rooms were very comfortable, the dinner in their restaurant was delicious (lamb from own farm) and the breakfast was included with a large selection!

The usual is to notify when you register in Icelandic accommodation your intention to have dinner, usually from 19:30. here I read about the quality of the lamb, as it is on a farm, and we stayed to try it for dinner. They accompany him with good vegetables, and his way of preparing it is different from what we are used to, we have to prove it. the corner of the hotel is a hallucinating place.

It was my favorite stay on my previous visit. the lookout is amazing, the location is idyllic, the bed was so comfortable, and eating was amazing. So I decided to eat here and it's worth driving an hour in the dark to my hotel after. I look forward to coming back to the island to stay here again.
