Yough Twister - Sutersville

Went there today asked for a Strawberry, a Banana, and a vanilla milkshakes. Worker came back with 1 milkshake mixed all there flavors together. I said I will take that one but I still need a Strawberry and Vanilla one. 10 minutes later I get a Banana and vanilla milkshakes all 3 milkshakes very thin sugary water. I took top off to mix up hoping it would thicken I found a small black bug in the milkshake.

The milkshake I ordered was literally sugar milk. This was the worst possible milkshake u could ever imagine. I don't know how you could mess up such an easy task. The boys were screaming f bombs at eachother in front of little kids! These teens need to be taught some manners. They closed ten minutes early after I went to go up and ask for a refund. I then asked for napkins and they threw them at me like It was Nolan Ryan! Absolutley ridiculous. Such rude customer support. They need to be shut down absolute ****. The milkshake was so ass I definitely do not recommend. Worst place ever! I wouldn't even feed this to my worst enemy. Let alone the New York rats. Oh and when I was getting the milkshake they threw it at me and it got all over me. Also one time I tried to go there and they were closed but the door was completely open. Someone could have gone in there and taken all the **** ice cream and dumped it in the trash.s

This place needs to update their opening times. I arrived with a family of 6 8:20 and lights we’re bringing shut off and wouldn’t be served. Posted online they are open till 9 made a long trip to visit this place.

Ice cream was awesome and so was the fresh lemonade!

Lots of variety! Shane that works there is awesome and prepped our order fast. Highly recommend!
