Wow! This place has been around for 48 years and is family-owned. The customer service is excellent. The staff are young, but they know a lot about the company's history. They are super friendly and very patient, especially with my clumsy husband. We ordered a huge ice cream cone and it was delicious. Everyone in the restaurant saw it and wanted one too. The young staff members at the front of the restaurant were friendly and enthusiastic, efficiently handling the constant stream of orders for ice cream and milkshakes. However, if not for their great service, I would have rated this place lower. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not very clean and the burgers were just average. Good food and great service and had a issue with paying but the girl was very helpful and and found a way to work it out awesome place
Really good, old school, one-off burger joint; the way God intended. The cheeseburger was hot and fresh, prepared as I requested and the chocolate shake was great! Nice folks and reasonable prices sealed the deal.
Frosty Mill has been around a long time and the food is pretty much consistently good. Order ahead.. most times it's at least 20 min.. and don't wait inside. you'll usually regret it.
Pretty cool local burger place. The shakes and Ice cream are great. Burgers are pretty tasty. And the fries were just mediocre. Overall great stop in Susanville.
