Ordered the Meatball Banh Mi. It was pretty good. Extra chilli was not enough for me but that depends on your taste. One of the seating area's is very exotic.

read moreTaste in Surry Hills offers tasty Vietnamese-inspired dishes, with highlights like the beef pho and lemon grass beef baguette. The Banh Mi is a crowd favorite, although some find the fillings a bit sparse. The cozy restaurant has a Southeast Asian ambiance and friendly Full Thai staff. The fresh pastries and bread are a must-try, prepared in-house. The pho is a standout dish, making it a favorite for many locals. Overall, Taste is a convenient and delicious spot for a quick Vietnamese meal, a definite go-to for fans of Vietnamese cuisine.
