Great food and excellent customer service from the ladies that were working tonight. We had the General Tso chicken and their NEW! Firecracker chicken. Both were hot, tasty, and very flavorful. *update* They really need more than one cook. The orders get backed up and now, the wait times are really long. View all feedback.

Having experience in the online food delivery industry, I understand the importance of a restaurant or brand's NPS (Net Promoter Score) in measuring customer satisfaction and likelihood of repeat purchases. Typically, I have enjoyed dining at PeiWei, but my recent experience was disappointing. Despite the Bourbon Chicken entree looking promising at first, it turned out to be overly saucy and unappetizing once we started eating. I provided feedback on your survey, but wanted to express my disappointment further with this review and accompanying photos to explain why I rated my experience so poorly.
I waited 25 minutes for my simple order, and the portion size was disappointingly small. I used to enjoy dining at Pei Wei, but now I am just disappointed. This meal won't even satisfy me for $15.
Had a great experience, ordered to go, waited about 12 min. Service was outstanding, food was hot and packed perfectly. Once home, everything was accounted for and very tasty. Only drawback for me...no hot mustard. LOL
I only come to this restaurant about once every 5 years and always forget why I don't come back sooner. Writing this review to remind myself. The shrimp dish I had was really good, although I can't remember which one I ordered. The carrots in the dish were raw but had good flavor. On the other hand, the orange chicken was bland and the portion size was smaller than what you would get at Panda Express for the same price. Overall, the three entrees I ordered for myself and my three small kids were not enough for dinner, so we ended up getting pizza elsewhere. We spent $38 here and still didn't feel full, when we usually spend $25 at Panda Express and have leftovers. The service was quick and the staff were friendly.
