I have been a customer of this Dunkin' Donuts for years, but I recently had a very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru to order 3 dozen donuts for a company meeting. I wanted specific donuts in each dozen, but was told that they no longer allow customers to choose their donuts in dozens. I tried to order only the ones I needed separately, but they refused to accommodate me. The quality of the food has also gone downhill in recent months, with the hashbrowns always being burned. I understand that they may be short staffed, but that is no excuse for poor service. Customers should always receive what they pay for. We will not be returning to this location.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The service is terrible, and they try to sell you coffee in the parking lot. It's not worth your time or money. Find somewhere else to eat.
I had a bad experience with the app and did not receive the correct deal at this restaurant. I informed the young lady at the window, and her response was dismissive. This is the fourth time in the past 2 months that my order has been incorrect. I will not be returning to this Dunkin' location or any other in the near future.
I requested a dozen glazed donuts and instead received a variety of twelve donuts.
