The Carrot on Harding Avenue in Surfside, Florida serves incredibly tasty food. I tried the Beyond Burger, which is plant-based and served on a multigrain bun with a side salad drizzled in a tangy dressing. The service at slowwest is shockingly slow and lazy. I ordered an avocado toast while there were only two other customers in the cafe, but it took them thirty minutes to bring me a dry piece of bread with avocado, arugula, feta, and one egg. I also paid $27 for a bottle of water, which is completely outrageous. The management needs to hire more competent staff and refund my money. View all feedback.
Great food, they just cannot handle orders during yeshiva week... Figure 90 minutes for takeout order. Worth it though
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is never going to make it. Order cancelled after waiting 1 hour. The owner is the nastiest, most unfriendly woman to ever exist. Go to Pura-Vida instead, it’s 100 times better!
Service is horrendous. Girl was smacking on a piece of bread taking our order. Automatic gratuity added to all bills. HORRENDOUS attitudes all around. Go to Pura Vida fantastic service, much better food, not much further!
Julie at the front is one of the greatest most friendliest and has one of the most beautiful smiles in the world.They were slammed, but she kept calm and patient and made you feel relaxed.The owner should give her a raise! My favorite place and this location is the only carrot express in the area that charges dine in fee.
