There are two McDonald's near me. I must say that this is the nicest workers very pleasantly happy upbeat the place is very clean jobs always right. This McDonald's hits all McDonald's in the area or in South Florida because I have been a lot to almost every single one. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Cheese n rice, they always get the order wrong everything we go here! It never fails, so I am done. I ordered 2 six piece nuggets, I get 2 4 piece nuggets, so they ripped me off a whole order. I ordered a chicken Mcgriddle, they give me a chicken biscuit. Save yourself some frustration and go to the location down the street on Comm Univ or on 44th st pine island. People are always pleasant! Food comes warm and fast.
The breakfast was okay, but the service is horrible When I first walked in, the place was totally empty and the older lady standing at the counter just had a mean look on her face, like she really didn't want to be there. There was no greeting, norany verbal conversation whatsoever. I had a mobile order and without even knowing who I was or asking me what was my order orhow can I help you, she just put the bag on the table and proceeded to walk away. I ended up calling back somebody just to get afew condiments and extra napkins, at this point a manager approached and pretty much had the same disposition. He was verystandoffish and very stingy on the condiments. I asked for an extra picante and jelly and he just handed me one each without anyverbal communication and the funny thing is the gentleman that walked in behind me as I proceeded to walk out, he seemed overlyjoyed and friendly with that particular customer. I don't know if it was a racial thing or what, but I was very disappointed,especially for buying a 15 to $20 meal. I've been to this McDonald's many times for lunch and dinner and they do have morepleasant staff that engage but the breakfast, ????I would never go there again for breakfast. Just the lack of customer servicewas awful ????.
The staff here is quick and friendly. The staff is excellent and they have manners, that 's surprising when it comes to fast food service. I 'm actually pretty content when I leave the drive-thru because the people that work there say things like Thank you and Have a good day ... you don 't get that at Mcdonalds usually lol. I love that the food is still hot and the fries are neverfreezer burned or flimsy. Honestly, keep it up management! You have a wonderful staff that knows how to serve the public.
