Best BBQ tofu tacos ?! When I visited the owners were celebrating another BBQ award ? It was a pleasant surprise to find they have vegetarian options. Another bonus: their patio is dog friendly.This restaurant is on Sunken Gardens Golf Course so you don’t see it driving by, but it’s welcoming to the public. I learned about this place from a sign advertising karaoke; I look forward to returning to participate another time.

I tried brisket here, it was terrible, tasteless, dry, old. I can not think of any brisket worse than this. Will never come back. I think they cooked it in the oven last week and froze it. Not recommended.

This place is sooooooo FETCH! It's nice and nestled deep in a land where people walk around swinging sticks and hitting balls. Small, white balls. I prefer Black Balls. Like those little Boba babies ^_____^Anyway, I was solidly surprised at how good this place was and also very much the fact that it's tucked away deep into the forest. It's funny if you think about it, cuz that's my element, but these were not my people. Sometimes I like to dig holes and just bury myself in it so that I can be closer to Gaea. Most times...I don't do that.BUT SOMETIMES!!!!I am a child of the Earth, yahmean?! Not like these hippies, though. These are Golf Hippies. They knew I didn't belong. I knew I didn't belong. $400 into BBQ here I think I can tell you this is probably one of the best bbq restaurants you can find. It 's specifically the ribs and how they have snap, it 's not just soft soft mushy meat with the fat left on with zero smoke penetration. I swear they eat like hot dogs.The brisket here is really great too as are the sides. I prefer their sauces too.The most unreal thing here is that it 's located at a golf course, I don 't even play golf and I drive here. The bar in the room next door has really great cocktails and beers on draft for great prices and it 's a comfy place to hang out for a couple hoursIt sounds ridiculous that this isn 't some craft meat factory crewed by dudes with beards, round the clock smokestacks churning but I 'm telling you the brisket and pork here is on a level only imitated by these trendy im from texas too places with repackaged sauce labels, afterthought sides, ooh we serve it on a prison tray too . it 's real ass bbq and thats the end of it

Finally got to check out this spot thanks to Yelp. My wife grabbed a to go order for an early birthday dinner for my goddaughter. It did not disappoint! We are so happy to find a legit BBQ place near our house, after living in SV for 8 years I was beginning to give up hope lol My wife has a tendency to over order but in this case I'm glad she did. My goddaughter wanted the frontier burger which she said is was really good, worth the price. And my wife got half a rack of ribs, and 1lb of brisket along with 3 sides beans, potato salad and collard greens. They gave her 3 different bbq sauces which were really good and we appreciated they were a decent size. All the sides were pretty good as well. Overall we would come back for the quantity and how well the meat was cooked very tender!! Come through you won't be disappointed.
