Love the ambiance at noodle talk. It was lively, fun, and all the silverware were clean and beautiful. It's dishes are meant to be shared and the menu is extensive. I always order a different dish than last time. Beware tho their dishes are spicy and lots of sichuan peppers are used in many of theirs dishes. So if you don't like the numbing tongue feeling, maybe be more aware when ordering. The dishes are also pretty... View all feedback.
What l8zy B doesn't like about Fuliotang Hunan Noodle:
There wasn't very many people there when I went with friends on a Friday night. Service was nice, we had a chinese lady come take our order who was super sweet. We ended up ordering 2 large noodle bowls and a side of spicy chicken wings. The noodles were decent but the chicken wings were delicious. Best if you take the leftover garlic mix/vegetables over rice. Super good. View all feedback.

The dishes are also pretty salty and don't include a side of rice so I recommend ordering rice or a fried rice to eat with the entrees. The ordering and payment system at Noodle Talk is done through your phone. They also have their own gift cards you can purchase and pay, you can save a few bucks this way if you are planning on returning. Overall a great joint to hang out for spice lovers.
Wow haven't had this for a while, and as usual, the restaurant was packed. We waited for about 30min or so, but since the new drink placed opened next door, the wait didn't seem to be that bored. We ordered our usual wild pepper with beef, spool good, all the ingredients are very fresh.
The place is kind of hidden, but once inside the restaurant, it's really nice and clean. Feels like being back in China. I love spicy Sichuan food and this place delivers. Ordering was fast and easy on the phone and the food came very quickly. Attentive service as well. It's not just noodles even though that's the name. Looking forward to coming back.
Every dish I ordered taste so good and authentic. Their house made pumpkin pie and pork intestine are the best in the area. The fish filets in hot chili oil is very fresh and tender. The spicy duck blood is also the best I had in the area with very fresh and well-handled duck blood. I also recommend the Hunan style loofah and egg soup and asparagus lettuce stir-dry with garlic. This restaurant uses very high quality ingredients for their dishes.
