The pizza burger and the vegan nuggets should be made permanent on the menu. The plates which the food is served on are tiny you can barely move your food around so some of my food ended up on the table. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about No 2 Church Lane:
Came in one night and saw they had lots of veggie/vegan options so was very excited to try. I went for Jerk Chickpea Patty with Pineapple and Lime Mayo. So blande with no seasonal or jerk in sight could aswell have a bowl of mushed chickpeas. Pineapples have a bit of a slight flavor to it, but very bad chips were decent. Better places in Sunderland for vegan options View all feedback.
Been here a couple of times now and the vegan menu options keep expanding, food is lovely and reasonably priced
The food was great. I had an amazing time with my family and will definitely come again. Thank you for serving us and the staff’s manners were delightful!
This is nice little bar, Stone/stripped walls, nice and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. This as per description is burger focussed food so in that sense meat oriented BUT with a range of vegetarian and vegan options which are properly thought out. 6 vegetarian burgers of which 5 can be vegan and 2 are vegan from the off. Nice range of craft bottle beers etc. Chips were really nice and even sauces and optional additions all marked including a vegan version of their own sauce and pulled jackfruit Will definitely return
Menu has a really wide range of vegan options, scientific staff, fast service and nice atmosphere!
Such fantastic veggie and vegan options! So tasty and the people are nice too. Really good quality burgers. Nice place.
