I always visit when at Seaburn, I can't imagine going without their lovely fresh fish and chips, and their ice cream to follow! Highly recommend take them to the beach to eat them! View all feedback.
What Bibcay doesn't like about Minchellas:
This is a pretty bad place. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The first time we went it was bad the second the same and the third awful and we learnt are lesson not to ever come again!!! View all feedback.
Went for Cod and chips Friday afternoon, as soon as I opened the fish it was puddinee in parts, the batter is too thick, so it doesn't get cooked and the oil was oozing from the batter. Not any more for me, chips nice.
Got take away haddock and Chips with mushy peas. All cooked to perfection, along with friendly service.
Visited Friday evening and it was a toss up between Michella's and Queens. The fish was overcooked, batter was soggy and the chips luke warm, wish we had gone to Queens. So disappointing as on our last visit in 2017 the food was beautiful.

Good fish and chips sometimes the batter on the fish is a bit over cooked so dark in colour but quick service so its all good. Really good ice cream too!
