The experience is consistently enjoyable at this restaurant. The hospitality is excellent and the service is top-notch.

I was disappointed with my second visit in two weeks to this restaurant. I tried to order the ultimate sampler, which was unavailable both times due to a shortage of twirling rings. The staff refused to replace the item or offer an alternative. They claimed it was against their policy to make substitutions. In my opinion, this is not a customer-friendly policy. In my experience, other restaurants go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction, even if it means making accommodations. I have worked in retail for years and now run my own business, and I know the importance of making things right for customers. Despite my disappointment, our waitress was friendly and understanding. I will give this place another try in the future, but I hope for a better experience next time.

I haven't been back for over a year because the service was so slow before. I tried it again. ordered boneless wings. they were ready in a few minutes and was surprised. unfortunately they were not freshened or appetizing. that will be my last trip to bww.

The service was excellent. The food was mediocre. Bone in wings were pretty good, but boneless and fries were only luke warm. It had a good atmosphere with a lot of TVs. It's a little pricey.
