Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Always friendly staff, great service and eating! Even this last visit we waited for almost an hour for our food, but we could see that they were busy, short staff and their best did. the administration (I believe) apologised and explained that someone went out, they did the best they could and would have eaten as soon as possible. I knew they were tired and stressed, but it didn't cause our service to update us and fill us with drinks. the load is always full of things we don't need until we see it. great gifts safe! and always clean and organized.

Worst food ever..cold .. service as awesome..had to ask for refill..had a gift card they would not take cause there system down you treat it like cash..

Good service mostly, not too fast, slow enough for conversing.. When you do get your meal, it is quite high quality. Good menu variety. 5 Stars.

I had the chicken and dumplings. They were lukewarm, doughy with very little flavor. The potato casserole was dryed out and lukewarm also. The waitress brought two Biscuits and only one jelly, I would of asked more had I seen her while still eating. Would never go back

It's a Cracker Barrell. I am not enthusiastic for this chain's food. It reminds me of residential care facility food. Plus, their served meals have a lot of whitespace between the entree and sides, aka small portions on meduim sized plates. However, their places are consistently clean and well ran.
