I stopped by the Applebee's in Sugar Hill on my way home today to get a to go dinner. I could gone anywhere but wanted a good cooked meal. I ordered the boubon steak, 8 oz. I know it's not the best cut of meat but Lord have mercy! This meat is so grainy and tough, it's not chewable. I literally had to spit the grainy tendon out. Another great meal here. They are sometimes understaffed but today they had a guy taking care of the door and the whole front section who took our order without even writing anything down! He was clearly a touch uncomfortable dealing with people, but he overcame it in doing his job. Another excellent experience and the food was perfect again as well!
