Domino's Pizza - Suffolk

Order 2 for $5.99 each medium pizza pan with Alfredo sauce and topping Philly steak and premium chicken pizza come hot and sauce taste delicious. The other one medium pizza pan with marinara sauce topping Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza come hot and nice but the sausage too little. We also order side chicken wings but chicken size to small but well cook. We pay cash and the Casher never give us receipt even we ask them, then they said the system was down. But they print label and any other receipt.

Be very careful when ordering from Domino?s. Last week, we ordered two medium pizzas, one of them being a specialty, and chicken wings. It all came to under $20. This week, I had my 17-year-old order online. He ordered exactly the same thing except instead of chicken wings, he ordered garlic knots. The total was $38. Of course, I did not catch this mistake until after my son had picked them up. Knowing that this was just a silly mistake, I talked to a manager. After talking to a manager, he assured me that the mistake was ours...?You should be more careful and ask for the $5.99 special next time, it?s been that way since the conception.?... his words. Now, let me assure Dominos, there will be no next time. Just a reminder that local, small businesses are the way to go. That was my mistake.

I placed an order online here, the tracking didn't work and when I called to check the girl couldn't hear and had trouble and acted as if she knew nothing about her job, but somehow acted rude. Then they don't make orders, and it'll wait a 2 hours. So I broke up. So all and all terrible service.

Ordered the $7.99 Deal 3 toppings everyone. I asked if I could put 4 toppings on 1 pizza and 2 on another. The staff said it was good. Asked for Speck x4 on 1 pizza (for the last time I ordered double bacon that they hardly put on it) and sausage on the other. My pizza barely had a bacon on it. In fact, the sausage x1 had about 3x the amount of sausage then my bacon x4. May I ask if bacon x4 is okay and they said "safe". I called and asked to speak to the manager, and Andrew said he was the manager (we both know he's not?t). He put me under control when I spoke several times (in the middle conversation). I lived in FL before I moved to VA and she was always sure I had tons of bacon on my pizza and customer service was always brilliant. I could continue my experience today, but aNdReW, the reigning manager, has my credit card information. But whoever worked in the food industry knows that if a customer asks for extra bacon and pays for it... it doesn't hurt to throw something extra for them. Why waste energy when fighting with your customers over their pizza when u only more of the topping they asked? You had no problem with sausage. Maybe there's a bacon deficiency. I don't trust. Dominos is. I wish there was a 0 star rating.... Very respectful, customers who never return

Pizza took half an hour to come, but they had only two drivers who work so that's understandable. But when we called (politic) to ask if we could get a fresh pizza, the worker was hanging on us. He told his manager that he was hanged because we cuddle and scream what was not true. The manager said he's getting nervous and hanging up when people scream, even though it wasn't involved in screaming. Luckily, manager was very nice and gave us our next two pizzas for free.
